These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to your purchase and participation in the following offer:
The Gut & Wellness Reset Lab
(“Program”).
By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided
The Program includes an 8-week hands-on experience combining 1:1 personal support with group-structured learning. It includes:
-Weekly implementation Zoom calls for hands-on guidance
-1:1 personal support via WhatsApp
-Group support via a private Facebook group
-Short, focused video lessons
-Mindset check-ins to help you stay grounded and consistent

2. Payment Terms
The total fee for the Program is CA $697, payable in full upon enrollment via PayPal
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a payment fails, you are responsible for updating your payment method promptly.
Please note: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you are purchasing from another country, the amount will be automatically converted to your local currency by PayPal at the current exchange rate.
Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to materials and support, no refunds or cancellations
are offered under any circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge this policy and agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
This Program includes 1:1 personal support via WhatsApp, where you can ask questions, receive personalized feedback, and get direct guidance from Maria.
Please note:
-Responses are personalized, not automated
-Availability will be communicated inside the program (e.g., weekdays only or specific hours)
-WhatsApp support is intended for program-related questions only—not for emergency or urgent medical issues
Group support will also be provided through a private Facebook group and weekly implementation calls.
There are no guarantees of specific results. Your progress depends on many factors, including your personal effort, background, and circumstances. This Program is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for legal, medical, therapeutic, or financial advice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the Program—including videos, workbooks, handouts, and other materials—is protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license for your own learning. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written permission.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology to access the Program, including a stable internet connection, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
This Agreement becomes binding upon your confirmation of purchase through full payment.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country override this provision.
11. Consumer Purchase
This Program is intended for individual (consumer) use only, not for business use. By enrolling, you confirm you are purchasing for personal use and that you understand your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
